Join “The Aces”, Lizzy Ives, Des DeVivo, Emily B. Rose, and Latrexa Nova at Underdog Bookstore for an Ace Awareness Week Author Panel where we’ll discuss asexuality / ace spec representation in fiction.

Lizzy Ives (she/her) is the author of Fat Witch Summer and Thick Witch Travels. A lover of magic and whimsy, she grew up in the fog of the San Francisco Bay Area and now burns in the sun of Los Angeles with her husband, her cat, and their massive board game collection.

Des DeVIvo (they/them) is a queer writer of queer stories with hard-won happy endings. Born and raised in small-town Ohio, they now reside in Los Angeles with their husband and three cats. A professional editor and storyteller, they're also a melanoma survivor and a 2x marathon runner.

Emily B Rose (she/her) is a fat, queer, neurodiverse author of affirming romance and fantasy romance. In her free time she can be found traipsing around the nearest beach, wandering around Disneyland, or curled up in bed with her two cats named after a mermaid and a pirate.

Latrexa Nova (any pronouns), A California native, has always seen the weird in the world and seeks to share their outright lust for the strange and unusual. Their hobbies include sculpting unnatural horrors, running from their inner demons, and trying to celebrate Halloween all year round. Their stores are a Rube Goldberg machine of puns and monsterfudging.
